Refund Policy

Returns & Replacements  

All defective or unworn/unwashed items can be refunded or exchanged for the value purchased (this excludes shipping and handling). All items must have the tags attached in order to be returned. Sale items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the purchase. Pink Martini will cover freight costs both for exchanges & returns.

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team within 14 days of receiving purchase. All return claims can be sent to retail@latebypinkmartini.com  for approval. It can take up to 2 business days for the return approval (excluding weekends as our offices are closed). Once the return is approved, you will be notified via email or online chat line to ship back your items. All return items must have an order number written on the outside of the box.

We will cover returns freight cost anywhere within Canada and cover freight cost for purchases over $100 in the US.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed, and received
R/A claims made after 20 days will not be considered.
We do not credit any Pink Martini merchandise purchased from department stores or independent boutiques.

Return waybills will be attached to all online orders to help ease the process of online returns. All online returns are free of charge.
